    • Soothing music & soundscapes

    Key benefits:

Group sessions are held in person at the Center. Some classes are also available in virtual settings. Most daytime virtual classes are built as short sessions that can easily be integrated into your calendar throughout your workday. Their objective is to refocus your mind and improve cognitive functions, as you go on with your day.

  • Emotional Freedom Technique, otherwise known as ‘tapping’ is a mind-body technique that combines modern psychology and meridians of ancient Chinese medicine. It was originally used in the West for releasing trauma that creates cellular imprints in the body, and assists in clearing emotional blockages through contact with energetic meridians. It is now effectively used for countless concerns in health and mental health.

If you are looking for a relaxing bodywork session that can restore and invigorate, while bringing up and clearing tension and worry, Emotional Freedom Technique is a great choice.

  • This class shifts your focus away from how your body looks or performs, and steers it entirely toward how your body feels. Through slow, highly intentional, and gentle floor work, you will learn to communicate directly with your nervous system. By cultivating this deep internal awareness, you will systematically unlock chronic muscle tension, soothe your mind, and rediscover the joy of effortless, pain-free movement.
