Find your bounce.

REBOUND TRACKIT

We're bringing Trampoline to the next level.

Building on the initial Studio House of Bounce concept, we have introduced new tools to transform your fitness journey. Using the rebounder, 3D body analyzer and heart rate monitors, we establish a measurable baseline, track performance, and analyze results.

Our program is for the average individual who is looking for a measurable way to get back to moving. It’s fun, low impact and great for cardiovascular conditioning, while maintaining all the therapeutic benefits of rebounding!

Studies by the World Health Organization have shown that 75-150 minutes is the recommended amount of time for weekly physical activity at moderate to vigorous intensity, for adults 18-64.

When you come to a rebounding class 2-3x a week, you engage all 638 muscles in your body and attain a low impact, high intensity training, in less time! Plus, by using our performance monitors, you optimize the use of your time, track your results, and adjust your target zones frequently.

WESPIRE Programs:

WESPIRE specialized programs are created to provide low impact movement for everyone! If you are a senior, an adult recovering from an injury, surgery, postpartum or a person with special needs.

Our rebound therapy recreational programs are structured to advance developmental challenges and build spatial awareness for the body.  Over a defined amount of time, our team will help you and your body to achieve specific objectives and build core strength needed for daily function such as balance and walking.

About Rebound:

We define physical care as creating any form of movement in your daily lifestyle.  We want to get you moving! We want you to have fun, to feel energized, and to feel good. This movement will release natural endorphins, reduce inflammation, and influence a change in your overall mood.

Introducing Rebounding 2.0, which improves our mind, body, and overall health.

Our signature class is designed to help you experience cardio and movement in a brand-new way. Our trampoline fitness classes are tailored for you to reap all the health benefits rebounding has to offer while having FUN! Bounce to the beat with our certified instructors, who provide personal attention to your alignment, form, safety, and fun!

So, what exactly is happening in your body during the bounce? Here is a bit of science: On the “down bounce”, every single muscle - all 638 of them - flex. When you reach the top of your bounce, every muscle relaxes. A perfect balance of energy. This increases your blood flow, increases your endorphins, gets the oxygen pumping through your body, loosens up your muscles and joints and results in immediate relaxation.
