Personalized Approach to Wellness:

At Innergetic Wellness Center, our mission is to provide the right tools to empower you to embrace a preventive approach to wellbeing. Our integrative approach focuses on teaching you how to adapt your movements in response to physical limitations that may affect your everyday life, whether at work, during leisure activities, in your studies, or while managing household chores. These limitations can arise from pain, injury, illness, or disability.

Our team is dedicated to working with people of all ages and from all walks of life. Using our state-of-the-art FIT3D Body Composition and Postural Analysis, we evaluate your baseline and track your progress over time. This helps us provide a clear roadmap to help you reintegrate movement, improve your balance and coordination, and reduce inflammation.

We also incorporate Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) as a powerful tool to help you focus on your strengths and what you do well. Our team works with you to identify and build upon your capabilities, coaching you to leverage these strengths as you work toward your goals. This strength-based approach helps foster confidence and resilience while creating sustainable habits for a healthier, more balanced life.

We create personalized programs tailored to your unique needs, abilities, and goals. Whether you’re looking to enhance motor skills, improve hand-eye coordination, or adapt movements to make them easier or less painful, our team is here to guide you every step of the way. By prioritizing prevention and functional movement, we aim to help you achieve a healthier, more balanced life.

  • Rebound therapy, is an integrative form of physiotherapy that uses mini fitness trampolines and manual therapy to provide therapeutic movement for people with various physical and mental conditions. It is often used to improve motor skills, balance, coordination, and sensory integration. Rebound therapy can be beneficial for neurodivergent individuals, to support developmental delays, or rehabilitation from surgeries or injuries.

This multidisciplinary approach allows for a more comprehensive and holistic plan, addressing both the specific physical limitations and the underlying cognitive and musculoskeletal issues.

It's important to note that the effectiveness of any therapy, whether manual, physical, or a combination of both, greatly depends on the skills and expertise of the healthcare professionals providing the treatment, as well as the active participation and commitment of the participants in their rehabilitation process.

  • The principles of Neuro-linguistic programming, is a way of changing someone’s thoughts and behaviors to help achieve desired outcomes for them. It is notably used in the treatment of phobias and anxiety disorders, as well as to improve workplace performance or personal happiness.

NLP uses perceptual, behavioral, and communication techniques to make it easier for people to change their thoughts and actions. Rather than focussing on negative behaviours that you need to change, it focusses on your good habits and how to apply them in your life, to move forward towards your goal.

By pulling in the right professional with the right skillsets, the Innergetic Wellness Center provides help to support behavioural changes, keep you accountable and increase the likeliness of achieving these goals.

  • The purpose of low vision therapy is to develop strategies to adapt to diminished sight, to maintain independence and a sense of self-worth. This rebuilding and reinforcement of the visual foundation is accomplished through identification of goals, introduction to assistive devices, and training.

People with severe vision loss benefit from mobility training and occupational therapy to adapt their physical care to their new vision. The objective is to maintain physical and psychological health, while reducing risks of accidents.
