Seniors
👉 For seniors, we provide movement and connection that combat isolation.
Our 60+ Vitality Program combines balance drills, cross-lateral movements, and cognitive coordination games to improve mobility and energy!
To support balance, classes are done using bars and may be done standing or seated. With the use of various props such as weights, resistance bands or soft balls to challenge the vestibular and visual systems.
